I recently stayed at a charming little apartment in a picturesque alley called Monolocale "Le Sciabiche" and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The location was excellent, tucked away in a secluded spot but still close to a busy street and great restaurants on the embankment below. Being in the Centro Storico, all the monuments were just a short walk away. The owner was incredibly obliging, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment itself was adorable, with lovely touches and a stunning terrace overlooking the harbor. Antonella, the host, was friendly, helpful, and always available. We had our own kitchenette, which was perfect for making a cup of tea before bed or an espresso in the morning. The showers were clean and modern, with plenty of hot water and pressure, and there were even samples of Bottega Verde soaps, creams, and shampoos. All of this made our stay extra special and it was incredibly affordable too!
Would recommend this hotel.

The room at Monolocale "Le Sciabiche" was cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, perfect for enjoying a cup of joe in the morning. The living room had a TV, the perfect spot to chill and unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom had a bidet and a hairdryer, making it convenient for getting ready. the room had everything I needed and made me feel relaxed and at ease.
I personally didn't like the bidet in the bathroom, but that's just my preference. Others might find it useful.

The value for money at this place was amazing, and the room itself was fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety of options.
